I just went out to the garden and there were 2 big cantelopes sitting there all ready to be picked!
How Fun! There are 10 more on the vine, that are 1/2 as big, and it's almost October. I hope they make it. I always plant so late in the year that it's a wonder if I get anything at all!
Below is a photo of my little cutie eating some of last years Cantelope. It's been a good couple of seasons for that. We also have tomatoes coming out our ears. Which is a fun place to have them coming out of!
I love to Garden, and every year is unique. Sometimes we have lots of bugs. Sometimes we don't get any peppers. Sometimes things die early in the season because I lost interest and started ignoring it. But these last 2 years, have been amazing. We must have much better soil than we use to! I love the harvest season when all your hard work finally pays off. My life is a breeze! :-)

Those look beautiful. Good thing I don't likem' caus I'd be over there with my hands out beggin'. Just kidding. Way to go. The only thing in our garden we are remotely paying attention to is the tomatoes. Actually, Miguel is the only one paying attention.
